	اسم آلبوم جدید اسکوتر از کجا اومده؟ سال 2008 آقای Alexis Petridis در روزنامه مشهور The Guardian مقاله ای در مورد موفقیت غیرمنتظره اسکوتر در انگلیس نوشت (Jumping All Over The World پر فروش ترین آلبوم 2008 در انگلیس بود) که عنوان اون مقاله این بود: Under the radar, over the top البته نویسنده مقاله زیاد از اسکوتر خوشش نمی اومد این رو می شه از طرز نوشتن مقالش فهمید. کمی از مقاله اینه: Under the radar, over the top a novelty German rave act who emerged in the early 90s and managed to spin out their expected 15 minutes of fame into 14 years.
